Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving finance and operations projects to success. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to enhance enterprise applications and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams and senior management to define and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Lead small to mid-size finance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Review and align functional design documents and user stories with business needs.
  • Provide oversight and process knowledge for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and support onboarding and training of Business Analysts and SMEs.
  • Facilitate team retrospectives to promote continuous improvement in processes and culture.
  • Work on ERP enhancements and incidents across various business functions as needed.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP with a focus on finance.
  • Proven track record in ERP implementations with direct deliverables in the finance domain.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in a regulated medical device company.
  • Understanding of finance processes such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and customer service management.
  • Global experience and project management expertise.
