Senior IT Project Manager Regulatory Compliance (Form 8300 & Global KYC)
Onsite: Dallas, TX 3 days a week minimum

Role Summary
Seeking a seasoned, articulate, and hands-on Senior IT Project Manager to lead critical regulatory technology initiatives focused on IRS Form 8300 generation and filing and the design and evolution of a Global KYC Center of Excellence (COE). This role requires strong command of both business process and IT architecture, and close partnership with FTI Consulting, a subject-matter expert in Form 8300 and KYC.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT delivery of Form 8300 automation, including data sourcing, validation, workflow, filing, and audit readiness.
Drive the Global KYC COE IT roadmap ensuring scalable and compliant solutions.
Translate regulatory requirements into functional and technical requirements.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and existing technology stack.
Manage engagement with FTI Consulting, ensuring scope clarity and knowledge transfer.
Provide clear executive-level communication, status reporting, and risk management.
Technology & Architecture
Leverage existing platforms and integration patterns.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams.
Ensure proper data governance, privacy, and control frameworks.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience.
Experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven IT programs.
Strong understanding of data-driven architectures and integrations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with IRS Form 8300, AML, or KYC programs.
Experience working in global, multi-region environments.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
