Job Summary
Business Operations Manager for the CXP team responsible for leading business users and development teams in gathering requirements and defining product catalog design. Acts as a technical business analyst, translating business needs into detailed functional and data mapping specifications while ensuring end-to-end impact analysis across systems and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business users and development teams to gather requirements and define product catalog design details
- Document requirements, design specifications, and conversion details
- Translate business requirements into data mapping specifications
- Communicate functional requirements including screen designs and interface designs to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and stakeholders to align on product requirements
- Analyze end-to-end impacts of initiatives and identify dependencies across cross-functional teams and applications
- Support production issue resolution
- Analyze user operations to identify requirements and opportunities for process improvement
Required Skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills with experience in executive presentations
- Strong analysis and design skills across front-end and back-end integrated systems
- Knowledge of DB2 and relational database design
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience

- Ability to make independent decisions based on policies, practices, and project requirements
