RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote UX researcher to join their team.
Summary:
This individual will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences by conducting impactful research, aligning with product objectives, and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers. You will help the client support health professionals by providing research insights about how they work with patients to understand the patient's care. Your expertise will bridge user needs with design solutions, fostering a user-centered culture within our dynamic teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Problem-Solving & Strategy:
* Collaborate with your squad to explore problems from multiple perspectives
* Align research solutions with product strategy
* Identify exploratory research opportunities with product leadership
* Using research, determine what ideas best meet user and business needs
* Apply appropriate research methods to achieve goals.
Research Leadership & Execution:
* Develop an evidence-based mobile research strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
* Model excellence (not perfection) in user-centered research processes
* Advocate for UX research best practices, especially for research on mobile devices
* Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles
* Use data to define and track key metrics, providing clear insights
Customer Focus:
* Acquire a thorough understanding of customer mobile use cases and ensure their needs are addressed
* Gain deeper knowledge of market segments and competitors

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
