Summary

Looking for experienced Change Managers with a strong background in IT Service Management and proven expertise in establishing and driving Change Management practices within the Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
  • Drive Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes, governance, workflows, and controls in healthcare environments.
  • Facilitate and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Review, assess, and approve change requests based on business impact, risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and closure of Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
  • Monitor Change Management KPIs, compliance metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with business, infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to minimize service disruption.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continual service improvement initiatives.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements within healthcare organizations.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Hands-on experience in Change Management within enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes in the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Change Management
    • Configuration Management (CMDB)
    • Major Incident Management (MIM)
    • Incident Management (IM)
    • Problem Management
  • Experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, governance, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

 

Mandatory Certification

ITIL 4 Foundation Certified OR
ITIL V3 Foundation Certified

 

Added Advantage

  • Experience or knowledge in:
    • Release Management
    • Configuration Management
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
  • Experience supporting healthcare IT transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to service governance, compliance, and operational excellence programs.
