Summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical efforts and provide hands-on expertise throughout project phases.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to ensure project alignment and accountability.
  • Oversee the configuration and deployment of servers, middleware, and database components.
  • Facilitate weekend testing and deployment activities as needed.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Manage project life cycle, including planning, task delegation, and milestone tracking.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status and address any concerns.
Skills
  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on technical leadership.
  • Strong understanding of middleware and database technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with application integration services such as Enterprise Service Bus and Messaging Broker.
  • Familiarity with IIB MQ, Axway Secure Transfer, and IBM Sterling technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar training.
