Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python development, API design, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and database technologies. Experience with data engineering, automation, and modern DevOps practices is highly preferred.

Required Skills

12+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
Strong experience in REST API and Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Expertise in Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and DevOps practices.
Experience with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest and Unittest.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Data Engineering tools such as Spark, Airflow, and Pandas.
Exposure to Machine Learning and AI frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience working with ETL pipelines and data processing frameworks.
Knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container orchestration.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications and services.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
Build secure, high-performance, and reusable application components.
Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data pipelines.
Integrate applications with cloud services and third-party systems.
Implement automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and DevOps engineers.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technology strategy and best practices.

Education

Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, or Retail domains.
Experience with Generative AI, LLM integrations, and AI-powered automation solutions.
