RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Pega Business Systems Analyst to support application design and delivery, with a focus on Constellation implementations and App Studio configuration. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution, shaping solutions early to ensure scalability, usability, and alignment with Pega best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Translate business requirements and UX concepts into Constellation-aligned designs (case types, workflows, views, data models)
* Lead case lifecycle design, user journeys, and data modeling
* Drive solution configuration using App Studio
* Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, Constellation standards, and reusable design patterns
* Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder collaboration
* Partner with architects and developers to refine requirements and ensure accurate delivery
* Shape and refine user stories with clear, build-ready acceptance criteria
* Identify dependencies, integration needs, and potential customization requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 6-10 years of Pega experience
* 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Constellation implementations
* Strong experience with App Studio configuration (not Dev Studio-first)
* Background in Business Architecture, process design, and workflow modeling
* Experience with Agile delivery and backlog shaping
* Solid understanding of data modeling concepts
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Banking/financial services experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
