Industry EAM SME

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in [specific industry, e.g., Utilities, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas] to lead and support EAM strategy, solution design, and implementation. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver high-impact EAM solutions that enhance asset performance, reduce downtime, and ensure regulatory compliance.

7+ years of experience in EAM, with 3+ years focused on the target industry (e.g., Utilities, Manufacturing).

Deep knowledge of EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, or Infor EAM.

Proven experience with EAM implementation or optimization projects.

Strong understanding of industry-specific asset management regulations, standards, and practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design.
