Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality code
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues proactively
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with WebSphere Commerce (WCS)
Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Spring Boot Batch processing
Knowledge of React
Familiarity with XML and XSD
Frontend skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in WebSphere Commerce development
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
