Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 12-14+Years experience Websphere Commerce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Websphere Commerce and be capable of working independently to develop and implement solutions with minimal assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with the development team and project goals.
Engage in meetings with the Business team as needed to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that the technical solutions meet business needs.
Demonstrate a self-driven and motivated attitude, taking initiative to identify and solve problems, and coding solutions with minimal guidance.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Websphere Commerce (must have).
Nice to Have:
Experience with Spring Boot batch.
Knowledge of React.
Familiarity with XML and XSD.
Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Websphere Commerce development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business teams.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
