- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Power Platform technologies.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to define application architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
- Establish and promote Power Platform development standards, governance, and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations with REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications.
- Ensure solutions comply with security standards, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and SOX controls.
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development team members.
- Support application testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
7+ years of application development or systems analysis experience.
5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
Strong expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-level application solutions.
Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design skills.
Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server.
Experience using Azure DevOps for source control and project management.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI and Power Pages.
Advanced Dataverse design experience.
Working knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, React, or Angular.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
Experience with UiPath or other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
