We are hiring a Salesforce Lead Developer with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Banking domain experience, along with hands-on expertise in Data 360, Agentforce (Al), and Omni-Channel.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise banking transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce design & development (Apex, LWC, APIs)
Implement Financial Services Cloud (FS) - customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending workflows
Build unified customer data platform using Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud)
Develop Al-powered solutions using Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Builder,
Einstein Al)
Configure Omni-Channel routing & messaging (chat, voice, digital)
Design scalable integrations & architecture across enterprise systems
Lead code reviews, and delivery execution
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulable logic.
• Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) with modern UI standards.
• Optimize performance using Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
• Hands-on experience with LWC decorators (@wire, @api, @track).
• Familiarity with LWR for high-performance applications.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of integration patterns and authentication.
