We are seeking a Quality Assurance Testing professional to support parallel projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for the development and execution of automation testing strategies. The ideal candidate will work independently to collaborate with development and quality assurance teams, troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automation test strategies.
- Collaborate with development and other internal teams to help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Support multiple parallel projects, utilizing various software deliverable methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
- Ensure adherence to defined testing quality standards and defect resolution workflows.
- Work independently to identify risks and ensure defects are resolved.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills:- Automation testing
- Selenium
- Core Java
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile and Jira experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience testing in financial or regulated environments.
- Lean Agile Certification.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $55.00 and $60.42 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
