Summary

Role: Salesforce Technical Project Manager

Location: Plano, Tx(Must be local for in person interviews)

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Skills:

Salesforce Service Cloud & Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
Salesforce Technical Project Management (end-to-end implementation)
Agile/Scrum, Stakeholder Management, DevOps/CI-CD

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud Voice implementation projects.
Manage project planning, execution, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and admins.
Drive Agile ceremonies, release management, UAT, and Salesforce governance.
Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
