Role Overview
The Relationship Support Manager partners with the Relationship Manager to oversee client or stakeholder relationships. This role ensures effective management of requirements using Jira, high-quality execution through robust quality control, and the development of problem-solving systems and processes. The manager will leverage data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel skills to drive insights, monitor performance, and support decision-making, acting as a key liaison to ensure alignment, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Relationship Managers to oversee client and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage project requirements effectively using Jira, including creating and managing epics, stories, and workflows.
- Ensure high-quality execution through robust quality control methodologies.
- Develop and implement problem-solving systems and processes to enhance operational outcomes.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive insights.
- Monitor performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a key liaison to ensure alignment and efficiency across cross-functional teams.
- Deliver actionable reports and data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 3-5 years in relationship management, project management, or process improvement roles.
- 2+ years in data analysis and reporting with a proven record of using Excel for complex datasets.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Jira for requirements management.
Technical Skills:- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP), macros, Power Query, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Jira for requirements management, workflow customization, issue tracking, and reporting (e.g., dashboards, JQL queries).
Soft Skills:- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in requirements and data outputs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with other requirements management tools like Jama Connect or Visure.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and process mapping tools.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $83.00 to $88.03 per hour. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
