Title: Senior PeopleSoft Fluid UI Developer

Type: Contract - 6+ months

Location: Remote EST Hours

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Fluid UI Developer to support enhancements and customizations within the PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module. This role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft Fluid UI development and hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting custom timekeeping solutions, including modifications to the Fluid Timesheet user interface.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support customizations within the PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module, with a focus on the Fluid Timesheet experience.
  • Build and configure a two-week timesheet solution, including all required business rules, validations, edits, and workflow requirements.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and determine opportunities to leverage delivered PeopleSoft functionality versus custom development.
  • Create technical design documents, process flows, and development specifications.
  • Develop, test, and maintain application components using PeopleSoft technologies including PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, SQL, Integration Broker, Event Mapping, and Drop Zones.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and organizational guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and technical expertise to end users and project teams.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Developer.
  • 3+ years of experience developing custom solutions within the PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module.
  • Proven experience modifying, configuring, or developing the PeopleSoft Fluid Timesheet user interface.
  • Strong expertise with PeopleSoft Fluid UI development, including HTML, CSS, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, SQL, Event Mapping, Drop Zones, and Integration Broker.
  • Experience analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, and delivering end-to-end development projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting or developing PeopleSoft solutions within government contractor environments.
  • Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor processes and configuration.
  • Experience designing Fluid Timesheet solutions for complex labor reporting, compliance, and timekeeping requirements.
  • Familiarity with software quality assurance practices and secure application development methodologies.
