Microsoft Power Apps Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a talented Microsoft Power Apps Developer to design and deliver innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses on building applications that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate workflows with Power Automate
* Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse) and external systems
* Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for actionable insights
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards
* Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Dataverse, and Azure services
* Proficiency in Power FX, C#, and experience with SharePoint Online
* Ideally has UI/UX customizations experience
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Must be hands-on and not afraid to ask questions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
