Job Title: Data Migration Lead

Role Description:
Define and oversee the full migration strategy covering wave planning, tooling, data validation, delta synchronization, and cutover readiness, ensuring a complete and accurate transition to the new ECM/xECM platform.
Responsibilities
Create end to end migration strategy, including wave segmentation, approach, and cutover planning.
Select and configure migration tools and validation frameworks.
Lead subset and full load migrations across environments.
Define reconciliation rules and reporting; manage freeze and delta sync processes.
Coordinate with Testing and Architecture on performance, integrity, and rollback strategies.
Produce migration runbooks and readiness sign off documentation.
Required Skills/Experience
Large scale migration leadership; ETL architecture; reconciliation frameworks; performance considerations for high volume content.
Success Measures
Accurate migration results; successful delta syncs; stable cutover; signed off reconciliation; no critical data defects.
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
