  • Senior-level mobile engineering talent required
  • Strong emphasis on accessibility-compliant mobile development
Top Requirements (Must Have):
  • 5+ years of Software Development experience architecting, designing, and developing enterprise mobile applications.
  • 3+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of Android development experience.
  • 5+ years of iOS development experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and/or 2.1.
  • Ability to contribute to complex, enterprise-scale mobile initiatives with broad impact.

    Job Summary:

    The Specialty Software Engineer 4 - Mobile will consult on complex, enterprise-wide mobile engineering initiatives supporting core consumer and internal applications. This role requires deep technical expertise in both iOS and Android platforms, with a strong emphasis on modern frameworks and accessibility compliance (WCAG). The engineer will partner closely with stakeholders across technology and business teams to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-quality mobile solutions that meet enterprise standards for performance, accessibility, and compliance.
    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
    • Architect, design, and develop native iOS and Android applications
    • Apply WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 accessibility standards throughout design and development
    • Contribute to complex, multi-faceted mobile engineering initiatives
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers
    • Provide technical consultation and guidance on mobile architecture decisions
    • Review and analyze mobile engineering challenges requiring advanced evaluation
    • Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, and enterprise standards
    • Support long-term mobile platform modernization and scalability initiatives
