Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support & AMS: Provide day-to-day functional support to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Oracle Fusion SCM production issues.
- Business Partnership: Work closely with business users to understand pain points, gather requirements for critical enhancements, and translate them into functional designs.
- End-to-End Processes: Own and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain flows including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Plan-to-Produce/Procure-to-Pay cross-functional touchpoints.
- Configuration & Testing: Perform hands-on configuration updates, coordinate Oracle quarterly updates, and lead functional testing (SIT/UAT) for patches and enhancements.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Oracle Fusion Expertise: Must have extensive, hands-on functional configuration experience in Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM.
- Experience Level – 5- 8 Years
- Core Modules: Deep expertise in Order Management (OM), Inventory Management, and Logistics (Shipping/Receiving).
- Business Facing: Proven track record of working directly with business stakeholders in a fast-paced production support environment.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be local to St. Louis or fully committed to traveling Monday–Friday, every other week (2x/month).
