Role: Business Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Onsite (Local candidates only)
Duration: 6+ months

Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst to gather and define system requirements while supporting customer journey communications across digital channels. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (SRS)
Collaborate with UX, Development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
Support customer journey workflows, including email and SMS communications
Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
Ensure requirements are clearly translated into functional solutions

Requirements:

Strong experience in requirements gathering and SRS documentation
Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, QA)
Experience in testing, validation, and UAT support

Nice to Have:

Telecom domain experience
Exposure to customer-facing content, marketing, or copywriting
