Data Integration Analyst

Position Overview

• We are hiring for an experienced Data Integration Analyst with strong experience in API integration, data management, workflow automation, and business intelligence. This newly created role will support high impact modernization projects that transform organizational processes and enhance data driven decision making. As the integration analyst, you will execute IT led initiatives focused on system integration, ETL pipelines, cloud data warehousing, automation, reporting, and solution design. This position will play a pivotal role in advancing our organization's digital transformation efforts across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

System Integration & Data Management

• Extract data from various systems using APIs or direct connections.
• Load data into cloud-based data warehouses.
• Design and maintain cloud-based databases and related architecture.
• Build and manage relationships across multiple datasets.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Testing & Validation

• Participate in system testing, UAT, and quality assurance efforts.
• Validate final deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.

Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Support administrators and users during rollout and adoption phases.

This is a Permanent position based out of Austin, TX 78748.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $127000.00/yr.
Benefits: Annual performance bonus (up to 8%). 21 days of PTO annually, plus all federal holidays. Medical, dental, vision, and other insurance options (employer contribution for employee-only coverage). 401(k) plan with employer match up to 6%.
