Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join a team in a fully onsite role. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys building scalable solutions and working with business and technical teams to create a customized CRM environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and configuration tools.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, event-driven integrations, middleware).
- Work with C#.NET services and Informatica ETL as part of the integration ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Support multiple Salesforce Cloud environments and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to transforming Salesforce into a customized, intuitive platform that aligns with business operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- C# / .NET development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and configuration.
- Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP, ETL, middleware).
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administration experience.
- Salesforce certifications.
- JavaScript.
- SQL.
- HTML.
- CSS.
Compensation
The anticipated salary for this position upon conversion is $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
