Salesforce Developer

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (On-site)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join a team in a fully onsite role. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys building scalable solutions and working with business and technical teams to create a customized CRM environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and configuration tools.
  • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, event-driven integrations, middleware).
  • Work with C#.NET services and Informatica ETL as part of the integration ecosystem.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
  • Support multiple Salesforce Cloud environments and ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to transforming Salesforce into a customized, intuitive platform that aligns with business operations.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • C# / .NET development experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, and configuration.
  • Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP, ETL, middleware).
  • Ability to work 100% onsite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • JavaScript.
  • SQL.
  • HTML.
  • CSS.
Compensation

The anticipated salary for this position upon conversion is $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
