Role OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented operations leader to manage the rollout of our platform for new and existing clients. You'll own project plans, platform configuration, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth, scalable launches.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead full launch process from kickoff to go-live
- Manage project plans, track tasks, and coordinate teams
- Configure platform workflows and integrations
- Maintain operational tools, templates, and data accuracy
- Identify process improvements to scale operations efficiently
Qualifications:- 3+ years in Customer Operations, Implementation, or Project Management (SaaS preferred)
- Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills
- High attention to detail and clear communication
- Systems-minded, process-oriented, and data-savvy
