Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Consultant with a strong background in Healthcare & Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will bring prior consulting experience, expertise in Veeva Safety, and the ability to drive strategic transformation initiatives leveraging data, analytics, and cognitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to develop and refine business strategies and processes aligned with market trends and competitive dynamics in the healthcare and life sciences domain.
Lead business transformation initiatives leveraging advanced analytics and cognitive technologies.
Define and implement data integration strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Develop ROI-driven business cases for data and analytics initiatives.
Provide leadership in deploying Watson Health Life Sciences solutions.
Translate business requirements into tailored cognitive solutions with measurable value metrics.
Lead client workshops, planning sessions, and requirement gathering meetings.
Create use cases, implementation strategies, and high-level solution plans.
Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure all applications and solutions comply with HIPAA regulations.
Support multiple engagements and align technical and business teams for successful execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in consulting roles within Healthcare/Life Sciences.
Veeva Safety Certification with at least one full implementation experience.
Strong understanding of Healthcare data, compliance, and regulatory standards (HIPAA).
Experience with data integration, analytics, and cognitive/AI-based solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work on complex transformation programs.
