Goals & Objectives

The Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the Advisor Services Team focused on advisor support through team reporting, metrics, Director support, and on-going development of Salesforce. This job will report to the Director of Advisor Services and will be focused on an ongoing project that we currently have in flight.

All of these are in relation to a current large project we have in motion.

Job Functions

Partner and Support Advisor Services Directors

Provides needed support to Directors for Advisor Team specific issues and ongoing relationship management.
Regular check-ins with AS Directors to understand priorities and areas of support needed.
Prepares standard and consistent reporting for needed scheduled meetings

Responsible for project specific reporting

Coordinates and prepares reporting, key metrics, and variance analyses.
Analyzes and validates results to ensure accuracy, accountability, and data integrity.
Perform detailed ad hoc analysis to understand drivers of trends or results.
Writes and maintains procedure documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Communication and Presentation Support

Assists with preparation of presentations using PowerPoint
- Supports communication strategy on behalf of Advisor Services

Financial Services industry experience preferred, Salesforce Preferred
