  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support testing activities by ensuring test plans and strategies adequately cover requirements; assist with defect and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and requirements meetings with cross‑functional teams.
  • Create process documentation including BRDs, SRDs, workflows, project plans, training materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Analyze inefficient business processes and define automated, effective solutions through collaboration with IT and business partners.
  • Build diagrams and mockups using UML and visualization tools.
  • Provide production support analysis, perform root cause investigations, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage backlog items including Epics and User Stories in Jira; work alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to prioritize work.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Apply project management methodologies and occasionally support or back up Program Managers.
