JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support a major state agency modernization effort involving Legislative Bill Tracking, Fiscal Note Generation, internal legislative/subpoena/contract workflows, and AI-assisted analysis platforms. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce solutions in a secure Government Cloud environment while supporting mission-critical business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), and enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and DocuSign. This role also requires experience with Salesforce Agentforce (Einstein), including prompt orchestration, AI guardrails, auditability, and secure generative AI capabilities supporting legislative and fiscal analysis.
The developer will work within Agile Scrum teams, participate in all phases of the SDLC, provide technical input for story refinement and sprint planning, perform unit and integration testing, support UAT, and contribute to secure deployment processes using Copado DevOps pipelines. Additional responsibilities include supporting Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives, coordinating integrations with external systems such as SharePoint, REVS, TLO/Telicon, analyzing application performance, and mentoring development staff.
