Job Description:

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Architect to support a large-scale Higher Education transformation initiative. The role focuses on the consolidation of two colleges into a unified system, working closely with FSCM and HCM teams, with a target completion timeline by the end of 2026.

This is a critical leadership role requiring both deep functional expertise and the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced, complex project environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional design and architecture across Campus Solutions modules
  • Gather, analyze, and define business requirements
  • Drive solution design and key decision-making across workstreams
  • Oversee testing strategy, execution, and validation
  • Collaborate closely with FSCM and HCM teams for integration alignment
  • Provide leadership and direction to functional consultants
  • Support change management initiatives and stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Functional Architect / Lead
  • Proven track record in Higher Education implementations or transformations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
