Summary

I’m currently looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead / Architect to join a long-term Higher Education transformation program. This is a multi-year initiative offering the opportunity to play a key leadership role across the HCM landscape.

📍 Location: Remote (occasional onsite may be required)
💼 Contract: C2C / W2

🔎 Project Overview:
This engagement spans three key phases:

Phase 1: Consolidation of two colleges into a single institution (target completion by end of 2026), collaborating with FSCM and Campus Solutions teams
Phase 2: Implementation of Contract Pay along with decustomization efforts
Phase 3: Rollout of Employee & Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS) Fluid and continued optimization

✅ What We’re Looking For:
A strong HCM Functional Lead / Architect who can:

Lead functional tracks and guide team members
Define business requirements and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment
Support design, testing, and change management initiatives
Collaborate across cross-functional teams (HCM, FSCM, CS)
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
