Client: Infosys

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid – 2 to 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking experienced Oracle HCM professionals for multiple long-term contract opportunities in Toronto, Canada. We are looking for consultants with strong Oracle Cloud HCM expertise who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in a hybrid environment.

Open Positions:

1. Workforce Compensation & Benefits Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules
• Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions
• Support testing, deployment, and production activities
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders

Required Skills:
• Oracle Cloud Compensation
• Oracle Cloud Benefits
• Configuration and implementation experience
• Functional consulting experience

2. Absence Management & Benefits Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Absence Management and Benefits
• Analyze business requirements and design solutions
• Support integrations, testing, and end-user training

Required Skills:
• Oracle Cloud Absence Management
• Oracle Cloud Benefits
• Functional implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

3. Oracle Time & Labor Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle Time & Labor solutions
• Develop and support Fast Formulas
• Work on integrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Support end-to-end implementation activities

Required Skills:
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Fast Formula
• Oracle Cloud HCM
• Techno-functional consulting experience

4. Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle Payroll solutions
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas
• Support payroll processing, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with business and technical teams

Required Skills:
• Oracle Payroll
• Fast Formula
• Oracle Cloud HCM
• Payroll implementation/support experience

5. Oracle HCM Technical Lead / Developer

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Oracle HCM technical solutions
• Build integrations, reports, and data conversion solutions
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
• Support implementation and production activities

Required Skills:
• Oracle HCM Cloud
• HCM Extracts
• HDL
• OTBI
• BI Publisher
• Integrations
• Fast Formula (preferred)
• Technical leadership experience (for Lead positions)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience working with large enterprise environments
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Toronto
