The Core Mission

  • Renewals Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring our existing clients stay happy, protected, and subscribed.
  • Growth (Upsell/Cross-sell): Identify "low-hanging fruit" within our current install base. You’ll find opportunities to introduce new features or services that solve our customers'' evolving problems.
  • Marketing Support: Help us get the word out. You’ll assist in launching marketing campaigns, creating sales collateral, and driving digital outreach to keep our pipeline full.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the field and inside sales teams with lead generation, data management, and territory coordination.

What You Bring

  • The "Hybrid" Mindset: You are equally comfortable talking shop with a customer on a renewal call as you are drafting an email campaign or analyzing marketing metrics.
  • Customer Obsession: You have a knack for building rapport quickly and can turn a standard renewal into a strategic conversation.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. You see "other duties as assigned" as an opportunity to learn a new skill.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and marketing platforms is a huge plus
