About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Profisee MDM professional to design, build, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, data governance, and technology teams to deliver trusted “golden records,” strong data quality controls, and scalable integrations across the enterprise.

What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end Profisee MDM implementations from discovery and solution design through build, deployment, and hypercare.
- Define and implement MDM data models, including entities, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies.
- Configure match/merge strategies, survivorship rules, and golden record creation for customer, product, vendor, and other master domains.
- Implement data quality profiling, validation rules, standardization, and cleansing routines.
- Build and optimize Profisee workflows, Fast Apps, and stewardship processes for business users.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Profisee REST APIs and connectors; collaborate on ETL/ELT pipelines with data engineering teams.
- Configure and enforce security, role-based access, and auditing; support compliance and governance requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune MDM performance; manage releases across environments and contribute to CI/CD automation.
- Create solution documentation, data dictionaries, and operating procedures; mentor stewards and train end users.
- Partner with data governance to define match thresholds, data policies, and stewardship SLAs; support data onboarding and migration.

Must-have qualifications
- Profisee MDM certification with recent, hands-on project experience.
- Demonstrated success delivering at least one full lifecycle Profisee MDM implementation.
- Strong MDM data modeling skills (entities, attributes, hierarchies) and advanced SQL proficiency.
- Expertise in configuring match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and data quality validations in Profisee.
- Experience building workflows, Fast Apps, and stewardship processes.
- Practical knowledge of Profisee REST APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with security, RBAC, and auditing within Profisee.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate business rules into technical configurations.

Preferred experience
- Microsoft data stack (SQL Server, SSIS, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory) and/or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Scripting or development skills (C#/.NET, PowerShell, or Python) to extend and automate Profisee solutions.
- Event-driven integrations, message queues, or API management platforms.
- Reporting/visualization (Power BI) for steward dashboards and data quality metrics.
- Broader MDM exposure (Informatica MDM/360, Reltio, Semarchy) and data governance tooling.
- Background in one or more domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor, location) and familiarity with privacy/compliance standards.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Work arrangement
- Phoenix-based role; hybrid/onsite collaboration expected. Candidates outside Phoenix must be willing to relocate. Limited travel as needed.

Success in this role (first 6–12 months)
- Deliver a production-ready Profisee solution with measurable data quality improvements.
- Establish stewardship workflows, SLAs, and dashboards adopted by business users.
- Stand up reliable integrations and promote a repeatable release and support model.
