Position: ServiceMax/Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-9 months
Job Description:
Job description: The successful candidate is responsible for overseeing the existing ServiceMax implementation and integration with the rest of the Salesforce orgs while ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
ServiceMax Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceMax-specific functionalities, encompassing field service mobile applications, dispatch consoles, and preventive maintenance.
Architecture & Solution Design: Define current and future state architectures, including data models, security, and scalability patterns for ServiceMax and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Custom Development: Own the design and implementation of complex applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integrations: Supervise the creation and maintenance of secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems (such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or middleware) employing REST/SOAP APIs.
Roadmap & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the Salesforce roadmap and ensure that technical decisions align with long-term business objectives.
DevOps & Release Management: Responsible for overseeing the CI/CD pipeline, source control, and release schedules to facilitate seamless deployment and minimize technical debt.
Operational Governance: Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, conducting root cause analysis for production incidents.

Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce and ServiceMax development and administration.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I & II, with ServiceMax certifications highly preferred.
Should have a solid understanding of the GxP processes, and Software Testing Life Cycle and Release management (DevOps) phases including knowledge of tools like Jira, HP ALM, Git, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
