Overview

Our Client, a Leader in Financial Services is seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead a complex portfolio spanning applications, databases, messaging, and identity & access management (IAM) within a large-scale private cloud transformation.
This is not a traditional project manager role. You'll operate as a strategic, technically fluent program leader-aligning multiple engineering teams, navigating ambiguity, and driving delivery of enterprise-grade services across critical platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead a broad program of work across databases, messaging, identity, and application integration services
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional engineering teams, managing dependencies, sequencing, and priorities
• Partner closely with product owners, architects, and engineering managers to define scope and delivery plans
• Provide program-level visibility into risks, issues, decisions, and progress
• Support and reinforce Agile and Scaled Agile delivery practices
• Coach teams on accountability, ownership, and product-centric delivery
• Navigate evolving environments where roles and processes are still taking shape
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in program management or portfolio leadership
• Strong understanding of enterprise application services, including databases, messaging, and identity
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-team technical programs
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scaled Agile delivery models
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments
• Familiarity with IAM, DBaaS, messaging platforms, or integration services
• Background supporting infrastructure or platform engineering teams

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $80.00/hr.
