We are seeking a senior-level SAP Developer / Global Support Manager to drive a major SAP S/4HANA migration and implementation initiative. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, process documentation, testing leadership, and functional expertise for core public sector financial and treasury modules.
Location: Columbia, SC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 3 days onsite, 2 3 days remote weekly)
Candidate Requirement: Must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident (No relocation)

Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Document current-state and future-state workflows for Finance & Treasury modules.
- Migration Strategy: Identify critical impacts when transitioning from legacy ECC to S/4HANA.
- System Optimization: Assist with system upgrades, support packs, OSS notes, and test script development.
- Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership and mentor junior team members.
Highlighted Core Skills
To qualify for this high-level position, candidates must possess:
- SAP S/4HANA: 3+ years of hands-on experience.
- Public Sector SAP: 10+ years of experience working within government systems.
- SAP Finance & Treasury: 7+ years of deep functional expertise (specifically ECC FI and Cash Management).
- Governmental Accounting: 7+ years handling public sector budgeting, appropriations, and grants.
- Upgrades & Troubleshooting: 10+ years managing practical upgrades, support packs, and OSS notes.
- Tools & Leadership: Strong proficiency with MS Visio for process documentation and excellent leadership/workshop facilitation skills.
