Summary

We are seeking a senior-level SAP Developer/Global Support Manager to join a fast-paced, enterprise-level team. In this hybrid role, you will serve as the core technical resource for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of mission-critical Human Resources (HR) and Payroll (PY) functionalities.

Position Details

Location: Columbia, SC (Zip Code: 29201)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 3 days in office, 2 3 days remote)
Interview Process: 1 Round, Virtual/Online
Relocation Note: Candidates must currently reside in SC or be fully willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the position at their own expense.Core & Mandatory Requirements

If you possess the following baseline credentials, we want to hear from you:

7+ years of dedicated SAP HCM experience.
Must have completed at least 2 full lifecycle SAP HCM project implementations.
Proven experience in a Lead Role implementing SAP Public Sector.
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or equivalent professional experience.

Key Technical Skillsets Required

To excel in this position, your technical toolkit must include:

Payroll Processing Expertise: Deep working knowledge of HR Cluster tables and schemas.
Custom Development: Extensive experience with Custom Infotypes and custom Macros for Logical Databases.
System Customization: Advanced coding for HCM Structural Authorizations, Dynamic Actions, and Remuneration Statements.
Tax Software Maintenance: Troubleshooting experience with BSI 10.0 Tax Software (Tub and Cyclic applications).
System Health: Experience researching SAP/OSS notes, handling upgrades, support packs, and resolving system performance issues.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Code, test, and implement configuration modifications across HR and PY modules.
Translate complex end-user business requirements into robust functional designs and technical documentation.
Partner with the functional team to provide technical direction and deliver error-free solutions with minimal supervision.
Provide occasional after-hours support for the SAP system during critical maintenance or project updates.
