Required Qualifications:

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Build and maintain UI-focused automated tests, including workspace navigation, forms, lists, and user interactions.
Execute automated regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.
Identify, document, and track defects; support defect triage and resolution.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation candidates and improve test coverage.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and support release validation activities.
Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution reports, and automation metrics.
