Job Title: .Net Web Applications Developer (Advanced)

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term (07/01/2026 - 06/30/2028)

Description:

Web Applications Developer (Advanced) to support development, maintenance, and enhancement of critical enterprise applications. The role involves full-stack development, cloud deployment, database management, and participation in Agile/Scrum delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.)
Gather and document requirements through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions
Design, develop, test, and deploy web and database applications
Develop and maintain high-quality, zero-defect code
Perform peer code reviews and follow coding standards
Create test cases and test data for UAT
Maintain technical documentation for enhancements and changes
Support application releases and deployments
Track and log development activities and time reporting
Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience with C#, .NET, VB.NET
10+ years of experience with HTML5
6+ years of experience with MVC architecture
10+ years of experience with Angular (Angular 2+ / Angular X, not AngularJS)
10+ years using Visual Studio
10+ years with SQL Server development (tables, stored procedures, triggers, views, functions)
Strong experience in REST APIs (JSON/XML integrations)
Experience with Object-Oriented Design & Development
Strong knowledge of application security and data encryption standards
Experience with web accessibility standards
3+ years with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
7+ years working with Azure Cloud (Azure SQL, ASE, pipelines, triggers, DevOps)
7+ years with Azure DevOps (CI/CD, build & release pipelines)
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with State of Florida projects
Experience with Department of Health systems
Experience with Florida PALM (Planning, Accounting, Ledger Management)
Experience in data conversion and Chart of Accounts
Experience as a Release Manager / Deployment Specialist
Strong background in PALM remediation projects

Deliverables:

Monthly delivery of Web Application Development services
Development, testing, and deployment of application components
Technical documentation and code repositories
Participation in Agile ceremonies and reporting
