Description
The Client Technologies Technician serves as a PC Support Technician providing Tier 2 support for desktop and laptop systems. Responsibilities include configuring and installing software and hardware, maintaining desktop environments, supporting mobile users, troubleshooting issues using scripts and checklists, escalating complex issues to Tier 3 support, documenting problems and resolutions, performing end-user training, testing and evaluating new desktop packages, implementing prototypes, and delivering high-quality customer service in a 24/7 help desk environment with variable shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or four years of equivalent experience) is required. Candidates must have two or more years of Tier 2 support experience, strong knowledge of Windows OS and desktop applications, and hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting hardware and software in networked and standalone environments. Preferred qualifications include TCP/IP knowledge, imaging software, VoIP and VPN support, hardware repair, and experience in fast past environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
