We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and define end-to-end Salesforce architecture aligned with business and technical requirements
✅ Lead solution design and provide architectural guidance across Salesforce platforms
✅ Architect and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including:
- Patient/Member Profiles
- Care Plans
- Clinical and Non-Clinical Data Models
✅ Design, configure, and optimize Experience Cloud portals for:
- Customers
- Partners
- Internal Users
✅ Implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud for:
- Data Ingestion
- Data Unification
- Data Harmonization
- Analytics
✅ Define scalable integration strategies using REST APIs, middleware, and external systems
✅ Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing while following Salesforce best practices
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
✅ Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor Salesforce developers
✅ Support release planning, deployment strategies, and post-production support activities
✅ Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (HIPAA knowledge is a plus)
