Sr / Lead QA with TSYS / TSYS-TS2

Working hours: 9am-5pm EST, additional 2 day furlough for stat holidays
Role Mandate:
The role will own end-to-end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off for TSYS projects.
Role Responsibilities:
Owns end to end QA including planning, execution, defect management, and sign off for
TSYS projects
Work closely with business partners and vendors
Manage defect triage, root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of issues
Enforce QA standards, test documentation, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to improve quality and efficiency
Must Have Skills:
- PRIMARY: Strong, recent hands on TSYS experience, including TSYS-TS2 green screen data conditioning and TSYS rewards
- Has previously worked on pricing and interests related TSYS projects involving disclosure group changes, fee updates, and pricing updates
- Has previously led new credit card product launches end to end
- Experience with payment projects
- Experience with card generation, statements, letters & communications
- Experience with digital wallets and tokenization
- Familiarity with FICO TRIAD Customer Manager
- In-depth written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- TRIAD experience
- Mainframe file handling experience
- Hands on automation experience
