Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience.
5+ years in Architecture roles.
Strong experience in Energy & Utilities domain.
Experience in system integration and enterprise architecture.
Strong knowledge of API design and cloud-native architectures.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
🔹 Domain Expertise (Energy & Utilities)
Provide expertise in:
Customer onboarding & service requests
Meter-to-cash process
Billing & invoicing
Tariff & rate configuration
Credit & collections
Regulatory compliance
Understand electricity, gas, or water utility operations.
🔹 Technology & Integration
Architect solutions involving:
REST/SOAP APIs, ESB, Microservices
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
Define data integration, event-driven architectures, and API strategies.
🔹 Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
Lead design reviews and governance forums.
Provide technical leadership to development teams.
🔹 Compliance & Security
Ensure compliance with energy regulatory requirements.
Implement data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.
Define audit, logging, and monitoring strategies.
Preferred Experience
Experience with digital transformation programs.
TOGAF or equivalent certification.
Experience in large-scale utility modernization programs.
