Job Summary

Tryfacta is seeking an Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst – HCM in Lawrenceville, GA 30046. This is an 8-month contract assignment.

The Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst – HCM will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.

This role focuses on delivering accurate, reliable, and actionable workforce insights while ensuring data integrity, performance, and compliance.

Position Details

• Position Title: Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst – HCM
• Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046
• Duration: 8 Months
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Model: 100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only (No Telework)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HCM reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Create complex data models, visualizations, and ad-hoc queries
• Optimize reports for performance, accuracy, and usability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
• Translate data findings into clear reports and presentations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across reporting solutions
• Perform audits and validations to maintain data accuracy
• Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access controls
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Oracle Cloud Certification (ERP, HCM, or Reporting)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting
• Strong expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for reporting frameworks and standardization
• Advanced experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio
• Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades
• Experience with data modeling and integration across systems
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards, especially in public-sector environments

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting process
• Availability for emergency after-hours, weekend, or holiday support if required
