Join a fast-paced Technical Operations environment where you'll help support real-time systems from a secure, onsite facility in Las Vegas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing workflows, solving technical problems, and turning operational complexity into clear, actionable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Observe live operational processes and document workflows, dependencies, and system interactions
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency
- Partner with teams across operations, infrastructure, engineering, and DevOps to support smoother execution
- Create clear and useful process documentation, summaries, and recommendations
- Communicate findings and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support a mission-critical environment that requires attention to detail, consistency, and responsiveness
Skills
- Strong technical documentation and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support, real-time operations or command-center environments, TCP/IP networking or systems administration, or web application/infrastructure troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site operations setting
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working with cross-functional technical teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a NOC, SOC, operations center, or similar 24x7 support environment
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms
- Experience working closely with infrastructure or DevOps teams
- Five or more years of relevant technical experience
- Ability to stay organized and calm while supporting mission-critical systems
