We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Summer Intern to support critical IT Operations functions within our Global CTO organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise technology operations, including change management, incident management, command center operations, and operational metrics reporting in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

The intern will work closely with cross-functional IT and business teams to support operational processes, analyze performance data, and contribute to initiatives that enhance system reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency.

How We Work

As an intern you will be expected to work in an in-office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

  • Assisting in reviewing and tracking IT change requests to ensure proper documentation, risk assessment, and approvals
  • Supporting Change Advisory Board (CAB) coordination, including agenda preparation and meeting notes
  • Helping monitor change success rates and identify trends to support continuous improvement
  • Supporting tracking and coordination of IT incidents to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
  • Assisting in documenting incident timelines, actions, and communications during major incidents
  • Contributing to post-incident reviews, including root cause analysis and reporting
  • Assisting in monitoring system alerts, dashboards, and service health indicators within the IT Command Center
  • Supporting coordination efforts during high-priority incidents, including communication and escalation tracking
  • Helping maintain operational runbooks and documentation
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key IT operational metrics (incident trends, system performance, change success rates)
  • Assisting in building dashboards and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, or data visualization tools
  • Identifying trends and provide insights to improve operational performance and decision-making
  • Drafting and formatting internal communications, reports, and presentations related to IT operations
  • Supporting meeting coordination, agendas, and documentation for operational reviews
  • Maintain clear and consistent documentation of processes and activities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Interest in IT operations, service management, and technology-driven organizations
