Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Enable Legal Strategy & Shared Services to successfully plan and execute technology initiatives through clear requirements and coordinated delivery
* Improve delivery predictability and outcomes by proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution details
* Reduce operational and regulatory risk by ensuring solutions are well-defined, well-documented, and compliant
* Strengthen collaboration between Legal, engineering, and vendors by providing clarity, structure, and continuity across initiatives
* Support scalable, sustainable Legal technology platforms that deliver measurable business value

REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to lead planning and coordination activities, including scope definition, sequencing of work, dependency identification, and risk management
* Strong execution and delivery management skills, tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting on-time delivery of commitments
* Ability to translate Legal and operational needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Advanced analytical skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend solution improvements
* Comfort working with modern technology concepts such as APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms, and data flows
* Strong communication and facilitation skills to align legal stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and delivery partners
* Ability to balance multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining transparency and predictability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
