Role Overview:We are seeking a high-impact Senior Analytics Developer to build and deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions across modern platforms. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights by developing scalable datasets, advanced analytics, and executive-ready dashboards. You'll work with a cutting-edge tech stack including Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Python-leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to accelerate development, enhance insights, and improve efficiency while maintaining strong data governance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Translate business needs into scalable analytics deliverables including datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Write and optimize advanced SQL across SQL Server, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric
- Design and maintain data models (dimensional/star schemas, curated layers, reusable datasets)
- Develop and enhance dashboards using Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Tableau
- Use Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis, forecasting, and automation
- Implement data quality controls (validation checks, anomaly detection, reconciliation, monitoring)
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to accelerate development, prototyping, and documentation-while ensuring accuracy through validation
- Deliver clear, concise executive-level reporting and recommendations
- Maintain documentation including KPI definitions, data lineage, and operational runbooks
Qualifications:- 7-10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake
- Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and writing complex SQL queries
- Advanced SQL expertise (CTEs, window functions, query optimization)
- Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse, pipelines, dataflows, semantic models)
- Experience with Tableau dashboard development
- Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft Copilot for analytics and development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality analytics solutions end-to-end
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $55.00 and $62.49 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
