Role Summary
We are seeking a high impact AI Product Manager to own strategy through delivery for an enterprise AI portfolio. You will translate business outcomes into clear, executable roadmaps and drive measurable value across Ramp Operations, Reservations, Sales, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Automation.
You will lead discovery, delivery, adoption, and ROI measurement across initiatives such as ramp optimization, dynamic pricing, sales next best action, customer sentiment and service automation, enterprise chatbot expansion, mobile operations enablement, computer vision for safety and security, and revenue focused use cases. This role orchestrates multi vendor programs, ensures technical readiness, and holds end to end accountability from problem framing to production adoption.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the multi quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmap across priority AI use cases
• Lead discovery, problem framing, and requirements for initiatives including ramp optimization, dynamic pricing and scheduling, reservations and customer support automation, and resource planning
• Orchestrate vendor led workstreams and internal teams to align on scope, timelines, dependencies, and integration design
• Oversee data readiness, environment setup, pilot execution, and scaled rollout across airports and business units
• Establish KPIs, instrumentation, dashboards, and telemetry for every pilot, model, and workflow to enable clear ROI tracking
• Partner with Operations, Reservations, Commercial, Sales, and CX leaders to sequence the roadmap by ROI, feasibility, and urgency
• Define data contracts and integrations with platforms such as Databricks and core operational systems to support operations scale deployments
• Guide workflow design for agentic automation, customer service processes, and mobile tools including voice enabled capabilities
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices including monitoring, drift detection, evaluation, retraining, and cost performance optimization
• Drive change management through training, release communications, demos, feedback loops, and executive updates
Key Requirements
• 7 or more years of product leadership experience with at least 3 years building or launching AI and ML products
• Proven success managing complex multi vendor AI programs and platform driven initiatives in the enterprise
• Strong technical literacy across data engineering, ML, optimization, LLMs, orchestration tools, APIs, and operational systems including experience integrating with Databricks or similar platforms
• Hands on experience establishing instrumentation, dashboards, telemetry, and KPI frameworks for AI products from pilot to production
• Working knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices including monitoring, drift management, evaluation, retraining pipelines, and cost controls
• Industry familiarity with Aviation, Ramp Operations, Private Aviation, Reservations, Revenue Management, or Customer Experience is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder influence, and executive storytelling skills with the ability to lead in ambiguous, fast moving environments
• Strong ownership, structured problem solving, and a bias for measurable outcomes
